Online Returns Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of received order
- Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached
- In it's original condition with tags and packaging. This excludes garments that are altered as they are no longer in original condition.
- Include proof of purchase with your return – this would be your return form which is requested through shop@rembrandt.co.nz
- If you would like a return, please email shop@rembrandt.co.nz to request your return form

Outlet Terms
- Purchasing an item from the OUTLET online store is final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is faulty.
- If the item is faulty, contact us at shop@rembrandt.co.nz where we will assess your item before providing a solution such as a repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
- Should you not wish to keep your Outlet purchase we recommend you gift it to a friend or donate to your favourite charity. If you do return your Outlet product to Rembrandt warehouse, we will donate it to the Hospice store on your behalf.
